The charge is much higher than other CPA firms. I get another quote from another CPA firm, and they charge 50% less..

They can be more flexible answering simple questions and not make you feel you're not there by ignoring and after once you get their attention, be sent to be seated.

Costumer service is no good went to get help for couple things and the man at the front desk was not very nice ,he was kind of condescending towards my self I was dirty coming from work but still....
