Fitness has been incorporated into Sergio's life from a young age, as his father was a boxer and Sergio trained with him daily. His father continues to be his inspiration and provided his first visual and tangible experience of true fitness. Sergio's fitness classes and training incorporate his depth of comprehensive understanding and creative movement in creating a strong, athletic individual. His classes and training are unlike any other, using vertical and horizontal movement, pylometrics, weights, and bars. He has danced professionally for over twenty years, having performed with Michael Jackson, Prince, Enrique Inglesias, Toni Braxton, Paula Abdul, and Whitney Houston. He has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, Central and South America, and Canada. Currently, he integrates his background as a professional dancer into his daily fitness classes, incorporating ballet and bar exercises.
