As a child, I apprenticed with my father, a journeyman plumber. I remember dad saying that every man wants to own his own business. 2 years out of high school I started Marshall Plumbing, a repair business. In 1986 I became a state licensed contractor. I wear my name on my shirt, and am a proud craftsman.
