Marlin Park is one of a few parks in Foster City that has water views. just street parking. amendities: slides, swing, seatings, large grass area, fenced off view of a lagoon, small beach area....

Nice flat grass area with some trees for shade. Not a lot of people hanging around on a weekday, but people walk their dogs here. The view of the water is beautiful, but there are lots of poop...
