I went in and asked for a tattoo around my scapula. He said he didn't know where that was, he didn't know anatomy. I should have know that it was going to be a bad tattoo.!

Went to MOA, cash in hand to make a appointment.. I have been there previously...asked a guy at the counter if I could make an appointment, he acknowledged me and went to the office... heynever...
