History

I was a general contractor for 15 years and work in the construction business for over 25 years (since 1977). I built custom homes, spec homes, and did remodel projects. As a contractor I worked on every phase or aspect of the construction project from the ground up.

Specialties

Specialize in quality custom work: wood work & trim, painting (interior and exterior), hardwood flooring, tile flooring, small drywall fixes, cabinets, mirrors, light framing, light electrical, light roofing, hang pictures and other misc jobs the customer needs. Small projects: $75 first hour; $50 each additional hour (cash only) Larger projects: I set price for the entire project. Inspections: structural, cosmetic, or other concerns the owner has.
