History

Back in 2000 I was looking to purchase my first property. I found an agent at an open house who started taking me around and showing me property. On multiple occasions while I was with him clients called from closing upset because they didn't realize how much money they needed to bring in to close. I knew right then that I needed to learn more about the process so I enrolled in Fred Sands Real Estate School. Fred Sands Real Estate was Purchased by Coldwell Banker so I graduated from Coldwell Banker University and went to work at Coldwell Banker Los Feliz. Back then Atwater Village was just starting to heat up. Eagle Rock, Highland Park hadn't yet become hot. My focus was on West Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Los Feliz. I spent eight years at Coldwell Banker Los Feliz, then moved to 360 Realty when the market turned in order to get a hands on education in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I then found the perfect spot in the high end boutique agency of Nourmand and Associates.
