History

Mark began working professionally with clients as an integral coach, before adding the modalities of hypnosis, NLP and somatic coaching. All of Mark's work is influenced by the work of the Diamond Approach (an intensive study of presence).

Specialties

As a hypnotherapist, Mark specializes in helping clients to get unstuck. Oftentimes that relates to smoking, emotional or relational issues, or personal development. Frequently a single session is all that is required, and the session is customized for the particular needs of the client. In the case of tobacco, the specific ways in which clients are attached to tobacco are discovered and released. About half of Mark's hypnotherapy clientele are interesting in quitting smoking, and the other half are working with depression, stress conditions, and issues of personal or spiritual development.
