I was very glad to be able to catch a ride from Bear Valley to San Rafael. However I was puzzled why the driver was so surly and why he was letting passengers get on without paying.

The phone operators who know the schedules and provide critical information to PAYING customers act like they aren't getting paid --they are so entitled and rude ... as if looking up the schedule...
