The Marin Recycling Center accepts and processes various recyclable products, such as glass bottles, aluminum products, tin cans, newspapers, cardboards and hazardous waste materials. It is a processing facility that administers educational programs for the community. In a partnership with the City of San Rafael in California, the center conducts a hazardous waste collection program for residential and commercial customers. The Marin Recycling Center collects more than 245 tons of trash daily in Marin County in California. The center is a division of Marin Sanitary Service, which offers garbage collection solutions. The parent company also provides pickup and debris box rental services.
