Marin County District Attorney

Marin County District Attorney is a department administered by the government of Marin County in California. Marin County District Attorney works to provide protection, prosecution and prevention services to the citizens of the county. It operates a criminal and inspector division, as well as provides juvenile justice services. The department also operates a targeted prosecution division that includes family violence, intake, insurance and consumer fraud, and law and motion units. It provides special restorative programs for adult and juvenile drug and mental health courts, as well as conducts various consumer protection activities. In addition, Marin County District Attorney offers a victim-witness assistance program.
