Maureen E. Farrell, MD, MPA, FACOG is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist based in San Diego, CA. With a focus on comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Farrell provides care to women of all ages, from adolescence to menopause. She has a special interest in adolescent gynecology, gynecologic surgery, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and graduate medical education. With extensive experience as a staff and faculty obstetrician and gynecologic surgeon, Dr. Farrell is a retired navy veteran. She has held academic and leadership appointments at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Farrell completed her residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
