I have been a full time Realtor for 25 years. I am a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation only 3% of the Nation's Realtors ever receive. I am also a Senior's Residential Specialist dealing with the needs of those going through this difficult transition in life. I work closing with the client and family members so it is as stress free as possible. I am also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, another designation only 17% of the Nation's Realtors ever obtain- all of them making me a better, more well informed agent. I love what I do.

My greatest specialty is as a listing agent. I provide you with in an in depth analysis of your home including a Seller's Net Proceeds sheet so you can see what you can expect to realize from the sale of your home. Next, I explain the process of marketing your home and let you have a look at my Comprehensive Internet Marketing Program. I supply you with boxes, tape and other essential items to get you started. Then your home is staged at a very affordable fee which is paid at the close of escrow so it can be deducted as a cost of the sale. My professional photographer takes his beautiful photographs at my expense, your listing with photos is put online, and then the Buyers arrive.
