Mission Viejo Swim and Racquet Club Deane Home Clubhouse and Facility Mission Viejo's First Planned Family Community The Mission Viejo Swim and Racquet Club, also known as the Deane Club, is a private residential Community encompassing 736 homes. The Community is located just east of the I-5 freeway and north of La Paz Road in the beautiful City of Mission Viejo. Constructed in 1965, the Deane tract was the first family Community developed in Mission Viejo by the Deane Brothers, Ben and Jim. Ben and Jim Deane received numerous coveted awards for their outstanding Community development and home design concepts that inspired development of additional family Communities in the cities of Huntington Beach and Diamond Bar.
