I rate this 10/10! The breakfast was delicious, I love that they have a lot of options to choose from. I had the pancakes (you can pour the batter into the machine and it'll cook it for you) also...

A nice, reasonably priced hotel. Comfortable room, friendly staff, solid breakfast spread, conveniently located. Thin walls, though. Which is how I know the guy in the room next to mine snores....

Nice hotel good hospitality and great breakfast. The room is comfy with a good size work desk and I like the bedside tiny reading lamp. There's Netflix setup on the TV, easy to login to watch...

The Maple Tree Inn is convenient with free parking in the Sunnyvale area located on a Main Street with many restaurants. An Inn N Out burger is across the street. I enjoyed the hot buffet...
