Owned & operated since 1996 “proud pioneer of the first twenty wineries that started the region”. Located on the West side of Paso Robles (Adelaida District) on a beautiful mountaintop with panoramic vineyard & orchard views. A must see to appreciate as pictures do not do justice. We are known as the House-Of-Reds with old-world winemaking attitude; go Big, Bold, Unfiltered or go home. Our wines are produced from our single-estate vineyard and “if we don’t grow it, we don’t make the wine”. Also producing Italian aperitif and flavored Brandy. Unlike most grape Brandy producers, using winery waste or run-offs, we actually use our premium quality fermentation mash (sacrificial wines) to make ours. Small batches of each of our seven varietals are slowly distilled with lower proof to retain the incredible flavors, then combined to get the rich complex characteristics which we call the Sinful-7. All these can be enjoyed solo or in your favorite cocktail.
