Alexandria went to Culinary school at the International Culinary Center in Campbell, CA. She knew she was bound to cook for people at a young age and absolutely loves what she does. As a French trained chef she pulls from those skills but ultimately enjoys cooking Italian and Californian Cuisine most. She can work with any dietary restrictions you may have while still keeping the food beautiful and tasty!

Mangia Bene is a full service personal chef/catering company on the Central Coast. We deliver freshly prepared meals up to twice a week for individuals who can't find the time or don't typically enjoy cooking for themselves. Healthy, delicious food shouldn't be out of reach to anyone.
