Office staff and clinical staff are the same people. Billed Medicare though they aren't authorized. License may be expired. Didn't send my results. Doesn't answer phone or return calls.

Have they closed? I have an appointment in 15 Minutes and office doors are locked and everything is dark inside. They haven't returned my phone calls to confirm my appointment for 2 days.
