Mamataben S Patel, FNPC - Stanford Medicine Partners Family Medicine Pleasanton

Mamata is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in a primary care setting. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Nurse Practitioner degree from Samuel Merritt University. With a strong commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate care, Mamata focuses on promoting health and wellness for patients of all ages. Mamata believes in the importance of patient education and collaboration, working closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that empower them to take an active role in their health.

Jodie Sandhu is a family nurse practitioner. She is board-certified as both a nurse practitioner and a physician assistant. She is also a certified midwife and, in her two decades of experience, has cared for the full range of patients, from newborns to older adults. She specializes in family medicine, women’s health, chronic disease prevention and management, and adolescent health. Additional clinical interests include wellness, weight management, sleep medicine, and culturally balanced care. She takes the time to learn about her patients and their individual values, and gives each her personal attention.

Dr. Fuh is a board-certified endocrinologist who provides care at Stanford Medicine Partners Pleasanton. She sees patients with thyroid, parathyroid, bone and gonadal disorders, as well as diabetes. Her special interests are in pituitary and adrenal diseases as well as transgender care. Dr. Fuh was born and raised in California’s Central Valley. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
