Mamas Mediterranean grew from a passion mother and daughter team, Maha Mae and Sonia, shared for baking authentic family recipes to share with friends over the holidays and for special occasions. When people began to offer to buy their desserts, they realized their love for feeding friends and family could be turned into a business. With an arsenal of family recipes and their secret weapon, Mamas Rendered Butter, used in their baked goods, Mamas Mediterranean was born. In 2017 the business took a turn into Mamas OC Food Services when more customers wanted more Ethnic food choices.
