Fraud. Never delivered flowers and gifts. Doesn't answer the phone or voicemails left. Currently filing a police report. Went to the address listed and it was not Mallorys.

Not good customer service. Argumentative about delivery issues, a bunch of excuses. Blamed the person ordering for using an 800 number.

Very unhappy with the arrangement I bought for my mom for Mother's Day! When you pay $155.00 for flowers that was the premium arrangement, you would think the quality would be higher!

I used FTD and unfortunately the flowers came from Mallery's. They should be embarrassed what they delivered to my daughter as a get-well bouquet. Except for the vase the flower arrangement...
