I drove all the way here and they wouldn't pick up their phone to give me better directions on where to park. The second time I called I heard one of them say, "it's a shit call" in the trashiest...

Very rude over the phone. It's not a place you'd want to do business with. They couldn't care less if they make a good impression on current clients as well as potential clients.

We just happened to want to get a cigar after a good meal . We happened upon this chill little spot with a private rooftop patio for smoking . So we walked in and Gary Bussy was smoking a cigar....

I really enjoyed the Malibu Cigar lounge. It's such a chill and lowkey spot! If you are an avid cigar connoisseur, you would love coming here. It's not a big selection of cigars to choose from....
