Living in Bakersfield I've noticed a lot of people when going to the beach they choose Pismo....why? There's basically nothing between Bakersfield and Pismo and once you get there , not much else....

Great beach, easy and free parking on a weekday. Not a lot of people there, so it's perfect for a nice walk or just to get some 'me' time in. Much better than a typical busy Malibu beach! No...

Best spot to see California's sunset and perfect spot to see the sun rise in the fall. Love the hidden stairs (great workout spot). Best time to go is during the week.

Dirty! Lots of trash - cans, wrappers, cigarette butts, etc. Definitely not the nicest beach in Malibu. Easy parking and access was a bonus. But seriously, go to another spot.
