Kris was so great! I went in to get a natural balayage and gave me exactly what I wanted. She is very kind, professional, and efficient. Looking forward to getting my hair touched up again soon :)

Horrible experience. Went in for highlights/balayage to compliment my natural, medium-brown haircolor and came out with plantinum streaks. My hair looks TERRIBLE. It looks like a home color...
