For 3 years in a row, during Tet, I bought "banh to" from Mai Bakery. When fried, it all melted and had to be thrown away. I give Mai Bakery 1 star'', I will not buy any more.

Call them to see if they are open before you come. They offer the freshest mooncake and mochi you can get. Just be prepared to speak Chinese or Vietnamese since they do not offer an English...
