Maikaze Daiko (Taiko) has been performing and conducting workshops throughout the Bay Area. Events/Clients have included the Consul General of Japan, Sony Playstation, Gaming Developers Conference, Cupertino Cherry Blossom Festival, SF Dragonboat Festival, Asian American Film Festival, Fresh Start Festival, SF World Percussion Arts Festival, World Affairs Council, the Bay School, numerous weddings and many more. Maikaze Daiko operates a school at Dance Mission Theater where taiko classes are taught at all levels to the general public. Introductory classes (Series of 6 classes) start every 6-8 weeks for just $99!!
