At least they answer the phone and decent communication. However I strongly suggest anyone who hires them to WALK them through all of your expectations or they will provide a very minimal service...

I used Maid in S.F. twice. The first time was ok, but I had to re-vacuum b/c there were crumbs everywhere. The second time was a disaster, I had to re-do everything. They were expensive as well.

Ick! $750.00 dollars down the drain! A one day prep for a "Open House" left us busy cleaning AFTER they were "DONE"! This "House Cleaner" failed miserably. He missed cleaning most of the areas...
