Unprofessional, the lady at the front desk attitude was unwelcoming. It's just unfortunate the dentist office seem like they hire anybody and everything seems transactional.

This place never fails, they always meet my expectations. Dr. Bita was very attentive and answered all of my questions. The office staff was friendly and wait time was not bad at all.
