Not only were my clothes not ready at the time of pick up, a brand new vintage jumpsuit I just bought (that was in pristine condition)---came back completely ruined. It had tears, dry cleaning...

I should have trusted the ratings. Sent my clothes in as I really needed it for a trip and on the day of pickup they said it wasn't ready. No apologies or anything, please avoid at all costs
