I enjoy that it's gated & it's clean. The play area has enough activities to keep the kids busy. You get peace of mind that your kid is contained & not running off into the street or the riverbed!...

Nice small park. I couldn't imagine having a huge party here because the parking is VERY limited parking. You'll need to find parking within the neighborhood. I didn't see any homeless issue...
