Jerry Madson a Fair Oaks native decided to start his own contracting company in 1985 after his first daughter was born. He knew he could yield exceptional work with the mindset of quality over quantity - a belief that he strongly upholds to this day.

Though we specialize in lath and plaster we have continuously satisfied customers with small home remodels to large scale commercial projects. A recent project we finished was the exterior of the Marshall Hospital in Placerville, CA.
