Shop at Nordstroms, not Macys! I bought sandals for Summer in March & realized they were too big. Took them back unopened, never worn & asked to exchange for a smaller size or different shoe.....

The store is always busy! That's great but also how? The store employees are usually rude, to the customers, because within their own circle they are always smiling and happy. I always give Macy's...
