Nancy became a Loan Officer in 1994 and has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Nancy is currently Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer for the Visalia Branch. She is very knowledgeable with all types of financing. Kings Mortgage offers Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and first time homebuyer programs. Nancy has received several acknowledgements and awards during her career including Affiliate of the Year for Tulare Board of Realtors, Affiliate of the Year for Visalia Board of Realtors, Presidents Award, Emerald Award for closing over 200 loans in 2015 and most recently recognized by NAHREP as being number 13 in the Nation for Latino Mortgage Originators.
