I had issues with lowered vehicles driving into my shop. The only entrance was through a garage door where the elevation of the concrete going into the shop was too high so I couldn't get lowered...

We had a cement pad that previous owners had glued linoleum to. When we took the linoleum up it left black glue on the cement. They came out and removed the glue and then when I was concerned...
