Dr. March's memberships are the American Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontics, San Diego County Dental Society, Mini Implant Residency, Adams Avenue Business Association, Kensington Talmadge Business Association, Mission Bay Women's Club and the Southwestern Yacht Club. Her altruism in the community are the San Diego State University Track & Field team, Naval Special Warfare Foundation, MCRD Historical Museum, Old Mission Beach Athletic Club and the San Diego Parrot Head Club.
