I took a lift out to a location in San Francisco, and right when I needed to get back to an important appointment, it left me stranded. It said poor connection. Unforgivable had to walk 4 miles home.

They ( and Uber) as far as headquarters and customer service is HORRIFIC!! To try to get back driving with them in a new state is ridiculous!! If it's not automated messages , it's useless...

Cant use lyft anymore. Just aways late. Back to uber or yellow cab. Wish i could stay. Like the app and the cars are clean. But i cant work my schedule around lyft late pickups.
