I am a yoga teacher who supports people in the process of gestation. Whether my clients are gestating babies or aspects of themselves, I meet them exactly where they are to offer my full presence, knowledge of alignment-focused asana, and assistance in accessing the layers of wisdom already within them. Beyond technique and heart-centered teaching, my intention is to create an environment where yoga is accessible to everyone. Meeting students on the mat allows the full expression of my passion for conscious living and invites me to deepen the practice of what I teach.
