History

Lux Esthetics was opened in October of 2010. Lux was the brain child of veteran esthetician Shelly Welty. Shelly resigned from an eight year career as the lead esthetician and trainer at one of San Diego's top medical spas to fulfill her dream of opening her own skin care studio. She expertly designs every one of Lux's signature treatments to change the way each client looks and thinks about their skin. Her belief is that everyone deserves to look and feel beautiful inside and out. Lux carries todays most revolutionary and effective skin care lines and tools to make beautiful, healty skin an absolute reality .
