One of my favorite breakfasts is hash browns, eggs and a biscuit and gravy. I like to put some of the sausage gravy on the hash browns. Two things usually create obstacles to this breakfast idea....

Great and friendly service. I like my bacon and hash browns cooked crispy. Many restaurants will not accommodate this request, Lumberjacks will!
