History

After graduating from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine Ireland I arrived in California in September 2015 to set up my nutrition practice - a long time dream of mine! I have helped many people so far from Hollywood actresses to accountants and I love seeing all of the positive results with all my clients. I am registered with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and fully insured through the Alternative Therapy Professional Association. I also represent Pinnertest who provide the most accurate food intolerance test results in the world and I am licensed to perform these tests on my clients.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds to help them achieve optimum health and wellness and become the healthiest, happiest and most beautiful versions of themselves. I help people with many issues including weight loss, cancer, digestive problems, skin complaints, insomnia, fatigue, depression, anxiety etc. I give you an individual diet and lifestyle plan based on an initial assessment that is sustainable, reasonable and most importantly enjoyable..
