I disliked Lucienne's service because it required me to purchase and store cleaning supplies as well as well as a very average clean, poor vaccume cleaner usage and I had to tell her what to clean...

No show and no courtesy call. Very difficult to understand. But more importantly flaking on a schedule appointment is indicative of future service. So it's s no go for me.

$220 for 4 hours. Showed up late. Some kind of communication mess-up with my assistant but Luciene was adamant and eventually offered a "compromise" of $200 for 4 hours. I should have just hired...
