History

Justin has been a licensed attorney and real estate broker since 2010. He is the sole shareholder and principal attorney with Lowenthal APC. Justin's practice serves clients in a variety of business and real estate legal matters throughout Davis, Yolo County and the surrounding areas, particularly with respect to complex contracts and agreements, residential real estate, commercial leasing, farmland, title defects, broker disputes, neighbor disputes (e.g., easements, boundary lines and encroachments, etc.) real estate fraud and fiduciary duties. Justin also manages and oversees real estate agents and transactions as the Managing Broker with Lowenthal Realty Co., a full-service real estate brokerage in Davis. He is the former General Counsel for the Davis Chamber of Commerce and other companies, and he is a former member of the Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board.
