California t laws prohibit minors under the age of 18 from getting body piercings unless a juvenile's parents consent and are present during the piercing. I.D. Needs to be checked please.

Do not waste your money or time. My daughter bought a $30 bracelet and literally walked out the door and then back in because she realized it was the wrong size - it was less than 5 minutes later...
