History

While I've been in training to be a therapist since 2008, my date coaching journey began in 2009 when I began hosting singles dessert parties, and continued as I worked in the dating world as a coach, therapist, singles event planner, and matchmaker. I have combined my therapy skills as a somatic (or body-based) marriage and family therapist with my meditation skills, event planning skills, and training in treating addiction and eating disorders, with my passion for empowering people in their love lives - all the way from dating to divorce!

I am a San Francisco-based somatic psychotherapist and relationship coach specializing in supporting men, women, and couples in all stages of relationship (from dating to divorce!) I offer pre-marital counseling, dating support, and relationship counseling using a blend of mindfulness, compassion, and somatic evidence-based techniques. I view relationships as central to our lives and not separate from them - so the work is holistic in nature and also may integrate working with career issues, life transitions, finances, food and body, addiction, and community.
