Strong Coffee! One sip and it'll wake you up! I recommend the iced ube and creme brûlée coffee. Plenty of seating and a decent amount of parking.

This location just opened up a couple weeks ago and replaced the Ding Tea that was there before. It's very spacious with lots of tables and seating so a great place for studying or hanging out...
