History

I started this business after moving back to Sonoma County, the place where I grew up. I had just left a great practice at a respected spa in Santa Barbara, Ca, but had a desire to move to a deeper level of healing with my clients. I decided to look for a beautiful space to set up a practice based on good health, a happy spirit and a full heart. I love the big open window of the waiting room, the quiet building, and time I have to greet and check in with my clients. It brings me great satisfaction to offer specialized, personal care to people with this business.

Specialties

I offer restorative bodywork to people who want to shift pain or low energy by releasing layers of stress. For example, a woman came in a few years ago with a lot of neck pain from several car accidents. She had such tension in her back I couldn't even touch it without discomfort for her . After 6 months of a monthly treatment with me she was rosy cheeked, receiving full massage and experiencing great relief from pain. Using a blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue, accupressure and cranio sacral therapy, I listen to each client's body to help it unwind where it is holding. I specialize in tuning in to each client togive them what they need to get relief and a better flow of energy.
