They have 15 windows to help people but only have 5 people working.....a gentleman waited one hour for help he walk outside to put money on the meter and they closed the door and they wouldn't let...

They take forever to do their job. I just went to make a payment at socal gas right next to them. In and out of there in less than 5minutes. But the employees at ladwp are lazy and have gotten too...
