This place is the DMV for homebuilding - they close super early, constantly changing opening hours, never answer emails and are staffed by people whose soul had already left the realm a long time...

If I could give this negative 10 stars I would. It took over 2 years top get permits, cost over $50,000 in permit fees to all the various agencies build a modest home, and I was harassed and lied...

Absolutely the worst Agency that I have ever dealt with and I deal with several different counties multiple different cities you'll grow old waiting to get your plans approved here.
