They could actually answer their phones. I called and waited 45 minutes on hold with no answer. Called back, waited another hour and hit absolutely no answer.

I discovered a kitten and, I'm guessing it's the mother, cat under my house. I'm disabled and unable to get them out from under the house. I called animal control and explained my situation....
