
This was my first time doing anything with kettlebells and I loved it. It's a great full body workout. Craig is great and very friendly. I highly recommended Loomis Kettlebell.

My main focus at Loomis Kettlebell is functional strength. Another byproduct from kettlebell training is endurance, interval training, stability and mobility. It really is the all in one fitness tool, if used properly. A huge benefit to my gym is the smaller classes so each person gets personal training attention in a group setting. The atmosphere is uplifting, not competing. Personal training is also offered outside of shecudled class times. Come do a free session to begin learning the difference in kettlebell training.

Amazing place! Craig (the trainer) is a great guy and really knows what he is doing. The gym is well equipped and offers workouts for people of all abilities.
